This group is for beginners and people wanting to develop and improve their practice.
On this course you will learn how to meditate and apply mindfulness in everyday life, access a deeper state of calm and relaxation and learn the foundational basics for continued practice.
We will look at various methods of meditation from around the world including the science behind their health benefits.
We will explore the best ways and times for you to meditate helping you to continue your practice outside of the class.
We will explore how each meditation can be used to develop mindfulness in everyday life & learn to live in the present moment.
6 x 1 hour sessions at £10 per session.
